藝術家一直思考人與自然之間，能量流動的關係。將一個手持甜筒的造型人物，設置在 鄰近車站出入口處，隨著風向擺動，像是在這裡引導來往的行人，以及出入於城市內外的交通車流。而風動的設計恰巧呼應了新竹風城的意象，在交通繁忙的後站，帶來一絲清涼甜蜜的微風。
The artist have been thinking the relationship between man and nature, and the flow of energy. A figure holding an ice-cream cone installed near by the entrance of the train station, swaying with the wind, like it is guiding the pedestrian and the traffic that flows in and out of the city. The wind generated movements echoes the Hsinchu’s image of the Wind City, providing a hint of sweet cool breeze, in the otherwise often congested Houzhan area.
