鐵道是連結地方與地方間重要的交通系統，但也切開都市原本該有的緊密連結。東海大學建築系Ｂ組透過可移動的藝術裝置，企圖要創造不僅是從火車站到藝術村的線性關係，也期望重新定義居民生活與公共空間的活動邊界，並建立與藝術家作品及都市藝術的連結。
Railway is a significant transport system that connects places to each other, but which also slits open the urban connections once thought inseparable. Movable installation art of the TungHai University’s Department of Architecture’s Group B seeks to establish a linear nexus from the railway station to the Art Site and redefine the boundaries between residents’ daily life and the use of public space in accordance with the emergent coupling of artists and urban art.
